PRIVACY
Privacy Policy.
The short version: this site has no accounts, no logins, no payments and no database. The only personal information it handles is what you type into one of the three forms, and that is used to reply to you.
Working draft
This page describes what this website actually does today. It was written by the team that built the site, and it has not yet been through formal legal review. Where something has not been decided yet, it says so rather than guessing.

What this policy covers
This policy covers this website only. It does not cover work carried out for a client under a separate agreement, and it does not cover WhatsApp, Instagram or any other service you reach by following a link from here.
What we collect
Only what you type into a form and choose to send. There are three forms on this site.
The contact form, on the home page and on the contact page, asks for:
- Your name (required)
- Company (required)
- Email (required)
- Project type (optional, chosen from a list)
- A message about your project (optional)
The academy interest form
The form on the academy page asks for:
- Your name (required)
- Email (required)
- Experience level (required, chosen from a list)
- Preferred track (required, chosen from a list)
- Anything else you want to add (optional)
The project brief form
The form on the project brief page is the longer version of the contact form, for someone who already has a project in mind. It asks for:
- Your name (required)
- Work email (required)
- Company (required)
- Phone or WhatsApp number (optional)
- Project type, intended use, approximate runtime, required formats, target markets, languages and a desired delivery date (all optional, most chosen from a list)
- Whether a script or concept already exists, a reference link, and any notes (all optional)
- A tick to confirm you have read this privacy page (required), and a separate, entirely optional tick if you also want to hear from us about the academy and studio notes
What we use it for
Replying to you about the enquiry, the project brief or the academy interest you sent. Nothing else. We do not sell it and we do not share it for advertising.
There is no mailing list. The optional marketing tick on the project brief form records that you are happy to hear from us later; it does not sign you up to anything today, because there is nothing to sign up to. The tick is off unless you turn it on, and leaving it off has no effect on your enquiry.
How a submission is handled, and what is pending
When you submit a form, the site checks the required fields are filled in and that the email address is a valid shape. It then sends the details to the studio as an email.
Email delivery is still being finalised. The service that sends these emails is Resend, and the account is not connected yet. Until it is, a submission is checked but not delivered, and you are shown a message asking you to email us directly instead. Nothing you type is written to a database, because this site does not have one.
Once delivery is live, the contents of your submission will sit in the studio's own mailbox, and in Resend's delivery records, in the same way any ordinary email does.
Analytics
This site uses Vercel Web Analytics, the analytics built into our hosting provider. It counts page views so the studio can see which pages people read.
It does not use cookies and it does not store anything in your browser. Visitors are identified by an anonymous hash worked out from the request itself, which is discarded after 24 hours, so it cannot recognise you on a later visit or follow you to another website.
What it records for each page view:
- The page address and the referring page
- Approximate location, at country, region and city level
- Device type, operating system and browser
- The time of the visit
Cookies
This site sets no cookies at all. It also does not use local storage or any similar way of keeping data in your browser. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
Other services involved in loading a page
The two typefaces the site is set in are served from this site itself. Your browser does not contact a font service to load them, so nobody else sees that request.
Loading any page here does still make your browser talk to two other companies. That is normal for any website, but it is worth naming them:
- Vercel hosts the site. Serving a page to you means Vercel handles your request, including your IP address.
- Cloudinary hosts the videos. Your browser fetches them directly from Cloudinary, so Cloudinary sees your IP address and browser details.
Links out to other places
The WhatsApp button, the social icons and the map link all take you to services run by other companies. Nothing is sent to them until you actually click. Once you are there, their own terms and privacy policies apply, not ours.
How long we keep things
Not yet defined. No retention period has been set, and it would be wrong to state one here before it has. Once email delivery is live, enquiries will sit in the studio's mailbox until someone deletes them, which is the plain truth rather than a policy.
Asking about your information
Email us and we will deal with it directly. There is no automated process for this, and no formal request procedure has been written yet, so we are not going to describe one that does not exist.
Legal standards
This page makes no claim to comply with GDPR, CCPA or any other data protection regime. Reviewing this site against those standards is a job for a lawyer and it has not been done yet. This page describes the site's actual technical practice so that whoever does that review starts from something accurate.
Changes
If the site changes what it does, this page gets changed to match. The date at the top tells you when the wording was last edited.
