VSNRY Motion, DIFC

AI Video Production In Dubai.

VSNRY Motion is an AI film studio and video production company in Dubai, at Innovation One in the DIFC. It makes commercials, brand films, launch films and campaign versions for brands across the UAE, MENA and Europe, each directed shot by shot by its CEO and creative director, Stephan Weygand.

AI video production means each shot is designed in writing and then generated, instead of filmed with a crew on one particular day. Blocking, lensing, light and continuity are still decided before a single frame is made. What changes is how the frame gets made, and how quickly a second language or format follows the first.

Who it is for

  • Brand and marketing teams in Dubai and across the UAE who need a commercial or a brand film for a launch, a season or a campaign
  • Real estate developers marketing a project before it is built, who need a launch film rather than a measured render
  • Event organisers who need a teaser before the doors open, with versions for sponsors and for social

What we make

One Pipeline, Many Kinds Of Film.

AI commercials

Spots for a product, a car or a brand, built for where they run: wide for a screen, upright for a phone, square for a feed.

Brand films and corporate videos

A film that says what a company stands for, with the look and the characters held the same from first shot to last.

Real estate launch films

Films for off plan projects that show the place and the life around a building before it exists, written for developers.

Event teasers

A teaser that sells the event before anyone arrives, with a version for each sponsor and upright cuts for the event app and social.

How it works

Six Stages, Shot By Shot.

  1. Brief

You tell us the audience, the message, where it runs, and in which formats and languages. Nothing is committed or quoted, and Stephan replies within 24 hours.

  2. Treatment

The story, the look and the continuity rules are agreed before any shot is designed. It is the cheapest point to change your mind.

  3. Shot design

Every sequence is broken into directed shot sheets. You see them before a frame is generated, and what is on them is what gets built.

  4. Production

Each shot is built from structured prompts, with characters held steady by reference sheets and dialogue matched to picture.

  5. Review and versioning

Versions are compared side by side. A new location, colour, time of day or language is another pass, not a new shoot.

  6. Finish and delivery

Colour graded masters with logo lock ups, in the formats agreed at the brief, such as 16:9, 9:16 and 1:1.

The work

Films Made This Way.

These are the studio's own productions, made to show what the pipeline does. None of them is client work. Each one is on the work page in full.

Canyon Run

A black car crosses the dunes, runs a rock canyon and jumps a ridge, with the pyramids behind it.

Qissaverse

Three children step out of a tree house library and into the story inside a glowing book, held the same across four minutes and two worlds.

Trailer Park

A night drive, dawn over a trailer park, and someone watching from behind the glass.

VSNRY Motion does not publish a rate card; a film is priced from the brief and confirmed in writing. Before that, the Every Market Calculator sets published Dubai shoot ranges against the computing cost of generating your film, in dirhams and working days. Neither figure is the studio's price.

Common questions

Before You Enquire.

What is AI video production?

AI video production is film made by designing each shot in writing and then generating it, rather than filming it with a camera and crew. At VSNRY Motion a director still decides the blocking, the lensing, the light and the continuity of every shot before it is made.

How long does an AI film take to make?

It depends on the length of the film, the number of languages and formats, and whether anything has to be filmed for real. For its worked example, a film in two languages and three formats, the Every Market Calculator on the VSNRY Motion website shows 3 to 7 working days through the studio's pipeline against 30 to 50 working days for a traditional Dubai shoot. That is a worked example rather than a promise: the timeline for a real project comes out of the brief and is confirmed in writing before anything starts.

Which languages can the film be made in?

English and German, with frame accurate lip sync, so a campaign can run in more than one language without being recast and filmed again.

When is a real shoot the better choice?

When the brief needs a real, named person on camera, a live event that happened once, a physical product shown exactly as it is, a broadcast or regulatory approval that requires actual footage, or a real, recognisable location. VSNRY Motion says so at the brief.

Tell Us What The Film Has To Do.

Send the project brief. The first conversation covers the audience, the message, where it runs, and in which formats and languages. Nothing is committed and nothing is quoted at that stage.
