Every frame is built to a written shot design rather than captured with a camera, so a place that does not exist yet is no harder to picture than one that does. Versions as the launch moves
A change of location, colour, time of day or language is another pass through the pipeline, not a new film.
A launch film is not a measured rendering. VSNRY Motion is not an architectural visualisation house and does not produce measured renders from a CAD or BIM model. If the marketing has to show exactly what the finished building measures, that comes from a supplier working from the architect's model. Many launches use both, and the brief is where that is settled.

Treatment
The story, the look and the continuity rules are agreed first: the neighbourhood, the hour of the day and the life the film is about.
Shot design
Every sequence is broken into directed shot sheets with blocking, lensing and lighting decided in writing. You see them before a single frame is generated.
Production and versions
Each shot is built from structured prompts. Versions are compared side by side, and you choose which goes forward.
Finish and delivery
Colour graded masters with logo lock ups, in every aspect ratio and format agreed at the brief, ready for the destinations listed there.

Can you show a building that has not been built yet?
Yes. Every frame is built to a written shot design rather than filmed, so an off plan project can be shown before it exists. A launch film shows the place and the life around it; it is not a survey and should not be shown to a buyer as a measurement of the finished building.
Can one film run on the portals, at the launch event and on social?
Yes, when the brief lists every destination. Formats and aspect ratios are set at the brief, and the masters are delivered in the shapes agreed there, including 16:9, 9:16 and 1:1.
What does a real estate launch film cost?
